Please note that we do not issue refunds for any unused time on a canceled subscription; service will continue through the end of the final billing period after the 90-day notice period.

Single Event Licenses: Refunds are not available after activation. These licenses provide immediate access to our proprietary platform, delivering the product’s core value at first use. As such, all sales for one-time-use licenses are final.
